My name is Letory Stewart. I have been working in the food industry for over 20+ years. It started when I was 10 years old, watching over my grandmother cook daily meals. I knew exactly what I wanted to do when I grew up. I enjoy cooking American cuisine food items. I started my food truck journey three years ago and will not trade it for anything else. It’s very rewarding to receive the compliments and see the smiles on my customers' face.
