MEET ASHLEY

In 2008, Ashley Carlton moved from Indianapolis to Atlanta with a dream to open a gourmet cookie shop. After creating a buzz with his irresistible cookies, he aimed to open a storefront, but the timing collided with the mortgage crisis, putting his plans on hold.

Ashley shifted to corporate America, gaining insights and saving up, while keeping his passion alive through pop-up events around Atlanta. When food trucks became a trend, he saw the perfect opportunity to bring his cookies directly to the community.
