Launched in 2022 right here in Atlanta, Taqueria El Mariachi food truck started by serving bold, authentic Mexican dishes at family gatherings. It quickly expanded into business catering before steeping into the food truck industry in early 2024. Then, by early 2024, the dream hit the streets as a full-blown food truck in Atl, bringing the heat and heart of Mexico.

 

The owners of Taqueria El Mariachi food truck in Atlanta— Carlos and Magady bring over five years of experience in Mexican cuisine, driven by their passion for sharing authentic, fresh flavors with the Atlanta metro area. Magady, born and raised in Mexico, brings the soul of her heritage into every dish, blending fresh ingredients with family-rooted traditions.

What began as a dream has become a reality where Taqueria El Mariachi serves an authentic, unforgettable culinary experience.
