Laura Hart is the Founder and President of Gaston Street Eats Co., home to Gaston Street Eats Food Truck, The Cheezy Truck, Gather & Serve Catering, and Caffeine & Cookies Coffee Truck. An award-winning entrepreneur and community leader, Laura has spent nearly a decade building one of Metro Atlanta's most respected food truck and catering companies, known for exceptional hospitality, chef-inspired cuisine, and meaningful community partnerships.

With a master's degree in Positive Psychology, Laura is passionate about developing people, building strong teams, and creating businesses that make a lasting impact. She believes that great leadership begins with serving others and that every interaction is an opportunity to encourage, inspire, and make someone's day a little better.

Laura is an active leader in her community, serving on several nonprofit and business organizations while mentoring entrepreneurs and speaking on leadership, customer experience, and small business growth. Under her leadership, Gaston Street Eats Co. has earned numerous recognitions, including being named a Cobb Chamber Top 25 Small Business of the Year and receiving Taste of Kennesaw's Best Entrée award.

Whether she's leading her team, speaking to business owners, or serving guests from one of her food trucks, Laura's mission remains the same: to love people well, serve with excellence, and leave every person better
