Chef Dan Silverio is a seasoned professional and a graduate of The School of Culinary Arts at The Art Institute of Atlanta.  He has been in the food service industry for over 40 years.  Previously working in several prominent food establishments throughout his career, Dan has gained and demonstrated knowledge, skill, and passion in all aspects of the industry.  He has overseen thousands of events over his career, ranging from casual to corporate functions to black tie.
Currently Dan and his wife own and operate, 2 Patty Wagon Burger trucks, 1 Big House BBQ truck and The Sweet Escape ice cream cart.  The food trucks participate in hundreds of events throughout the year from music festivals, street vending, and corporate events with guest counts in the thousands.  We have participated in Shakey Knees Music Festivals in the past.  He also operates The Patty Wagon Restaurant and Catering Division located in Marietta, Ga.  The food trucks and catering division service all of metro Atlanta and beyond.  
Our food truck specialty is burgers, served with seasoned fries.   Burgers so good it’s criminal!  We offer the burgers in beef, turkey, or veggie.  The turkey and veggie are just as much a “hit” with our customers as the beef option.  There are preparation options from your traditional burger to a spicey burger, to an “out of the box” burger served with Strawberry Preserves, Goat Cheese, and Maple Glazed Bacon.  There’s something for everyone!
And, of course, we offer catering off the truck of any type of cuisine.  We’ve been known to serve large Hospitals a delicious Holiday Dinner of Cracked Peppercorn Pork Loin, Sauteed Chicken Breast with Lemon Caper Sauce, and Vegetable Lasagna, to name a few.  It’s also not heard of for us to serve up some popular chicken wings, as well as an awesome choice of side options.  There truly is a menu for everyone!
