Owner, Vince Marra, is a fourth-generation chef who has dedicated his career to the hospitality industry. Growing up in his family’s restaurants, it was a natural progression for him to join the esteemed culinary arts program at Johnson & Wales University. After a brief academic detour, earning degrees in English, Philosophy, and Education, Vince returned to his culinary passion.
With over two decades of experience, Vince has held high-ranking positions in top-tier hospitality organizations. Certified as an Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation at the age of 27, he has balanced his career between five-diamond resorts, national restaurant chains, and hospitality consulting.
For the past ten years, Vince has managed GHI Catering's food truck operations and, just last year, opened his own venue, Journeyman's Hall.
