Hapa Kitchen is rollin’ through the ATL with a mobile feast straight from the islands—where Hawaiian comfort food meets bold, global flavor. This isn’t just another food truck;it’s a vibe. Every dish they serve is handcrafted, full of heart, and plated with island flair that’ll have your guests feeling like they just landed in paradise.

The magic behind Hapa Kitchen comes from its owners, who met in Hawaii and built their truck around the spirit of ohana (family) and hapa—the Hawaiian word for "mixed"—a nod to the beautifully blended roots of today’s island cuisine.

From intimate backyard hangouts to corporate parties and weddings, Hapa Kitchen brings the kind of flavor that turns good times into great memories. Their signature bao buns come in three crave-worthy varieties: chicken, pork, or tofu. Choose the sweet and tangy Guava BBQ, the spicy Korean with gochujang fire sauce and housemade atchara, or mix and match 'em all. It’s a full-on flavor fest.

Hungry for more? Their island plate lunches are the real deal—garlic rice, creamy mac potato salad, and your pick of smoked Hawaiian pulled pork, soy-ginger garlic chicken, or tender hoisin pork belly. Don’t forget the sides: crunchy beef or vegan egg rolls, sweet-and-spicy pickled papaya, and all the island heat your taste buds can handle.

Whether you’re throwing a luau or just want to spice up your next event, Hapa Kitchen delivers aloha in every bite—and their warm, welcoming service is the cherry on top. Book ‘em now and treat your guests to a taste of Hawaii with a Southern twist.
